3.In the Connection Type list, select
Only
4.If you want to add the participant to the Participants List in the database, select the Add this participant to the list of participants in the DB check box.
If the participant is not added to the database, the participant is deleted from WebCommander when the conference is terminated.
5.For users with the View Mode - Administrator permission, the Advanced tab is available for defining additional parameters. If desired, click the Advanced tab.
The Participant Properties - Advanced window opens.
6.Define the Advanced Participant Properties as described in Chapter 4, “Defining a New Participant from the New Meeting Window” on page 4- 19.
7.Click OK.
The participant is automatically added to the participants list in the Meeting Director window.
