Deleting a workflow

NOTE: To delete a workflow, the workflow must first be disabled, and all jobs received for processing in the workflow must be completed.

To delete a workflow

1.In Workflow Builder, select a workflow in the list.

2.In the Workflows toolbar, select [Delete]. A confirmation message displays.

3.Select [Yes] to delete the workflow.

Editing workflow properties

The Workflow Properties dialog allows you to change the workflow name and description that appear in the list area. In the Description field, you may want to include notes regarding when to use a particular workflow.

To edit workflow properties

1.In Workflow Builder, select a workflow from the list.

2.Double-click on the workflow to display the Workflow Properties dialog.

3.In the Name field, type a workflow name.

4.In the Description field, type a workflow description.

5.To enable the workflow, select “Enable submission to this workflow.”

6.Select [OK] to save the changes and close the dialog.
