Maximum bleed size

If a Trim Box and a Bleed Box are defined, and the Trim Box is contained within the Bleed Box, then the Bleed size is the four offsets from the four sides of the Bleed Box to the four sides of the Trim Box, and the Maximum Bleed size is the greatest of the four.
