Reading the Status Messages

If the channel group is working, the Status line displays OK. This status line is updated every 3 seconds. If there is an error, a message is displayed. The following table lists the types of error messages and the appropriate actions.

Error Message	Meaning	Action
HW failure: <No	Major hardware	1.	Reset board.
Answer>	problem. Board is not	2.	If error continues,
	responding to
			replace board.
	commands. Reasons
	could be: 1) DSP loading
	failure; 2) If PRI, board
	failed.
HW failure: <No	No clock signal is	1.	Check MVIP clock.
