Configuration procedure

# Enable the Remote-ping client.

<3Com> system-view

System View: return to User View with Ctrl+Z.

[3Com] remote-ping-agent enable

#Create a Remote-ping test group, configuring the administrator name as administrator and test operation tag as ICMP.

[3Com] remote-ping administrator icmp

# Configure the test type as ICMP.

[3Com-remote-ping-administrator-icmp] test-type icmp

# Configure the destination IP address as 10.2.2.2.

[3Com-remote-ping-administrator-icmp] destination-ip 10.2.2.2

# Configure the number of probes in one test as 10.

[3Com-remote-ping-administrator-icmp] count 10

# Configure the probe timeout time as 5 seconds.

[3Com-remote-ping-administrator-icmp] timeout 5

# Start the test.

# View the test results.
