Printer/Maintenance RecordA maintenance record must be kept for every printer. During the initial service call or at the time of installation, set up a maintenance record for the customer. A copy of the form, illustrated on the following page, should be kept in the Guide to Operations so that the maintenance form is always easily accessible.
