•Remove the upper cassette.

8 Check communications by completing the following:
•Turn the printer off.
•Reinstall all communication cables.
•Reinstall the upper cassette.

No: Continue.
Yes: Go to TAG 753: External Communications Malfunction.
9 Complete the following:

No: Continue.
