Right Side Cover Removal (Duplex)

Note

The service kit is attached inside the right side cover.

To remove the right side cover:

1Remove the paper output tray.

2Open the top, back, and front covers.

3Remove the two screws holding the right side cover in place.

4Close the top cover.

5Pull the cover out and away from the printer.

Replacement Note:

Tighten the screws first. Then, gently lift the bottom tabs into place. Hold the top of the right side cover in place as you open the top cover. (This avoids the possibility of damag- ing the top cover.)
