No: Reinstall the original developer unit and toner cartridge, then turn to TAG 811: Back- ground/Residual Images/Dark Prints.
Yes: Turn to TAG 002: Check & Problem Resolution. If the problem recurs, the toner/carrier mix may be old or contaminated.
