CallCenterWorX-Enterprise (ACD) system capacity can be upgraded by installing the ACD Option Service Software (standard) for extending ACD capacity.

For the procedure to link with the Optional Service Software, refer to Chapter 4 “System Startup” in the Installation Manual.
