Install Cables Between Cabinet and MDF
1. Install ā€œDā€ rings on the wall b etwe en the c able slack manag er and the
terminal/connecting blocks mounted on the MD F.
2. Install a self-ad hesive port label on the bac k of each connec tor on the
connector cab le. Labels should b e positioned so they are not covered by
the cabinet connec tor retainers.
3. At the rear of the cab inet, connect 1 end of the connector cab le to the
assigned conn ec tor.
4. Route the cab le down the rear of the cabinet, throug h the cable slack
manager, and to the MDF.
5. At the MDF, connec t the other end of the cabl e to the assig ned terminal/
connecting b lock connec tor.
6. Store the cab l e slac k in the cable slac k manag er.
7. Repe at Steps 2 throug h 6 unt il all c ables are installed.
