Configuration - DHCP Pool Ethernet Mode

Use the DHCP Pool subnet-maskcommand to define the subnet mask for the DHCP pool.

Syntax: (config-dhcp-eth-{n})# subnet-mask mask

Enter the DHCP pool subnet mask, using the form xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, where xxx is a number from 0 to 255. This is an optional setting.

Example: (config-dhcp-eth-1)# subnet-mask 255.255.255.0

wins server

Use the DHCP Pool wins sever command to set the WINS server IP address of the client address pool.

Syntax: (config-dhcp-eth-{n})# wins server address

The WINS server IP address of the client address pool, in the form of

 

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, where xxx is between 0-255

 

 

Example: (config-dhcp-eth-1)# wins server 192.168.3.1
