Configuring a 1x1 Ethernet Wide Area Network

—If you have previously added an UltraNet Edge 3000 node and need to change the default Fibre Channel interface type, click the Tools menu, then Options and select the appropriate interface type from the drop-down list.

4.Move the cursor to another part of the map and click a second time to create a second instance of the same type of node. Your map should look like the example below.

UltraNet ConfigManager automatically assigns a name and number to each icon that represents the UltraNet Edge 3000, for example Node10 and Node20.
