Replacing the OC-3 ATM Long Wave Transceiver

NOTE: The long wave OC-3 ATM transceiver has a blue plastic body.

Currently, only the right port is functional.

Installing the OC-3	The OC-3 ATM long wave transceiver has a blue plastic body with a
