Connecting the UltraNet Edge 3000

Power Connection Use the following procedure to connect power to the UltraNet Edge 3000:

NOTE: The illustration (see Figure B-2) depicts the redundant power supply.

1.Connect the appropriate end of both AC power cords to the power connectors on the rear panel of the UltraNet Edge 3000 unit.

2.Connect the three-pronged (NEMA 5-15P) end of the power cord to a grounded AC outlet.

CAUTION

Do not plug both power cords in the same outlet. Make sure that each outlet has its own circuit.
