username

The username command establishes a login authentication system based on a username.

username <WORD> password [ 0 7 ]<WORD> username <WORD> nopassword

Command Syntax

WORD	the username, up to 16 characters
nopassword	no password is required for the user
	to log in
password	specify a password for the user (31
	character maximum) - enclosed with
	double quotes if the key contains
	spaces). The "%" and "!" characters
	must not be used.
0	specifies an UNENCRYPTED
	password
7	specifies a HIDDEN password will
	follow
WORD	the UNENCRYPTED (cleartext)
	user password (31 character
	maximum) - enclosed with double
	quotes if the key contains spaces).
	The "%" and "!" characters must not
	be used.
