route-map

The route-mapcommand defines the conditions for redistributing routes from one protocol to another, or to configure routing policies. The no route-mapcommand removes some or all of the instances of the route map.

Use the route-mapcommand and the match and set commands, to define the conditions for redistributing routes from one routing protocol into another, or for accepting routes from a neighboring router. Each route-mapcommand has an associated list of match and set commands. The match commands specify the conditions under which redistribution is allowed for the current route-mapcommand.

The set commands specify the particular redistribution actions to perform if the criteria enforced by the match commands are met. The no route-mapcommand deletes the route-map, or an instance.

The set commands specify the redistribution set actions match criteria are met. When all match criteria are met,

when all of a route-map's all set actions are performed.
