show ip route

The show ip route command displays the active entries in the routing table.

Note: The information displayed reflects the routes that the routing table has exported in the routing protocol that were filtered by that protocol’s export routing policy statements.

show ip route [<A.B.C.D> [<A.B.C.D> longer-prefixes]] [ bgp connected hostname ospf rip static summary] [ {count count-only}]

Command Syntax

A.B.C.D

Displays route for an IP address.

A.B.C.D

Enter the subnet mask for the specified IP

 

address to filter routes from a specific

 

subnetwork.

longer-prefixes

Display routes matching the specified

 

Network/Mask pair only.

bgp

Displays Border Gateway Protocol routes.

connected

Displays connected routes.

hostname

Displays routes for the internet hostname.

ospf

Displays OSPF routes.
