ip ospf network

The ip ospf network command configures the OSPF network type to a type other than the default for a given media. The no ip ospf network command returns to the default network type.

broadcast	specifies an OSPF broadcast multi-access
	network
point-to-point	specifies an OSPF point-to-point network -
	OSPF point-to-point networks reduces the
	time it takes for designated router election
	and peering

Dependant upon the network type.
