snmp-server user

The snmp-server user command adds a new user to an SNMP group. The no snmp-server user command removes a user from an SNMP group.

Command Syntax

WORD	username
auth	authentication parameters for user
md5	uses HMAC/MD5 algorithm for
	authentication
sha	uses HMAC/SHA algorithm for
	authentication
key string	specifies a non-localized authentication key
	(SHA = 20 octets, MD5 = 16 octets)
local string	specifies a localized authentication key (SHA
	= 20 octets, MD5 = 16 octets)
password string	specifies a password string (must be at least 8
	characters)
string	specifies an authentication password string
	for this user
