BSR 2000 Command Reference Guide

Release 1.0

set comm-list

The set comm-listcommand deletes communities from the community attribute of an inbound or outbound update. The no set comm-listcommand deletes the entry.

Use the set comm-listcommand to delete communities from the community attribute of inbound or outbound updates using a route map to filter and determine the communities to be deleted.

If the standard list is referred in the set comm-list delete command, only the elements with the single community number or no community number in them will be used. All others will be quietly ignored. Any element specified with the 'internet' keyword is equivalent to element without community number.

If the set community comm and set comm-list list-num delete commands are configured in the same sequence of a route-map attribute, the deletion operation (set comm-listlist-num delete) is performed before the set operation (set community comm).

Note: If the set community and set comm-list delete commands are configured in the same sequence of a route-map attribute, the deletion operation (set comm-list delete) is performed before the set operation (set community).
