BSR 2000 Command Reference Guide

Release 1.0

set metric-type

The set metric-typecommand sets the destination routing protocol. The no set metric-typecommand returns the default.

Use the set metric-typecommand, and the match and set commands to configure the rules for redistributing routes from one routing protocol to another. Each set metric-typecommand has a list of match and set commands associated with it. The match commands specify the match criteria, which are the conditions under which redistribution is allowed for the current set metric-typecommand. The set commands specify the set actions, the particular redistribution actions to perform if the criteria enforced by the match commands are met. The no set metric-typecommand deletes the route map.
