F0054 Incorrect I/O module

Cause

-incorrect I/O module inserted.

-no ID of the I/O module found, no data.

Diagnosis & Remedy

Please check the following:

-check I/O data, if required repeat the operation

-the installation of the I/O module in the inverter if required, replace the I/O module

F0060 Asic time slice overflow

STOP II

Cause

-internal communications failure/error

Diagnosis & Remedy

-if the error still occurs, replace the inverter.

-contact customer service!

F0070 CB setpoint fault

STOP II

Quit

Refer to F0001

Cause

-no setpoints received via the communications bus during the telegram failure time.

Diagnosis & Remedy

-check the communications module (CB) and communications partner.

F0071 USS(BOP link) setpoint fault

STOP II

Cause

-no setpoint was received via the USS during the telegram off time

Diagnosis & Remedy

-check USS master

F0072 USS(COMM link) setpoint fault

Cause

- no setpoints received via the USS during the telegram off time

- check USS master

F0080 ADC input signal lost

- wire breakage

 

- signal outside the limit values

 

F0085 External fault

Cause

 

- external fault as a result of command input via terminals.

 

Diagnosis & Remedy

-inhibit terminal input to initiate fault.
