Configuring SNMP Notification Recipients Using CLI Commands

The following table summarizes the equivalent CLI commands for viewing fields displayed in the Notification Recipients page.

Table 6-52. SNMP Community CLI Commands

CLI Command	Description
snmp-server host {ipaddress hostname}	Creates or updates a notification
community-string[traps informs] [1 2]	recipient receiving notifications in
[udp-port port] [filter filtername]	SNMP version 1 or 2.
[timeout seconds] [retries retries]
snmp-server v3-host {ip-address	Creates or updates a notification
hostname} username [traps informs]	recipient receiving notifications in
{noauth auth priv} [udp-port port]	SNMP version 3.
[filter filtername] [timeout seconds]
[retries retries]
show snmp	Shows the current SNMP
	configuration.

The following is an example of the CLI commands:
