Using

To turn Automatic System Answer on:

■Press the Automatic System Answer button at extension 10.

The green light is on steady and Automatic System Answer is on. If calls are ringing when Automatic System Answer is turned on, the calls will be answered immediately by the system.

To turn Automatic System Answer off:

■Press the Automatic System Answer button at extension 10.

The green light goes off and Automatic System Answer is off. Any calls in the process of being answered by the system will continue to hear the recorded message and will be placed on hold.
