2Click Add.

The Add a User Group dialog box appears (see Figure 103).

3Enter the User Group information in the applicable fields. Table 74 describes the Add a User Group fields.

Specifies the name of the group to which you are adding the user. Options are oper, admin, certadmin.

4Click Add.

The new user group appears in the table.

5Click Apply on the toolbar to send the current changes to the Nortel

SNAS 4050. Click Commit on the toolbar to save the changes permanently.

Removing a user group

To remove an existing user group from the User Group Table, perform the following steps:

1Select the System > Manage Users > user > User Groups tab. The User Groups screen appears (see Figure 102 on page 382).

2Select the group to remove from the User Group Table.

3Click Delete.

A confirmation dialog appears.

4Click Yes.
