Adding a DNS server

To manage DNS servers in the system configuration, perform the following steps:

1Select the System > Servers > DNS Servers tab.

The DNS Server Table appears (see Figure 150 on page 537).

2Click Add.

The Add DNS Server dialog box appears (see Figure 126).

3Enter the DNS server information in the applicable fields. Table 110 describes the Add DNS Server fields.

Field	Description

IP Address	Specifies the IP address for the DNS server.

4Click Add.

The DNS server entry appears in the DNS Server Table.

5Click Apply on the toolbar to send the current changes to the Nortel

SNAS 4050. Click Commit on the toolbar to save the changes permanently.
