/cfg/domain 1/portal followed by:

linktext <text>

Specifies static text to be displayed above the group

 

links on the portal Home tab. The static text displays for

 

all clients, but the links themselves may change,

 

depending on the client’s group membership.

 

text is an ordinary text string or HTML code

 

You can type in the text or paste it in at the prompt. To

 

signal the end of the string, press Enter to create a

 

new line, type an ellipsis (...), and then press Enter

 

again.

 

You can use the <var:user> and <var:group>

 

macros in the link text. For an example of using the

 

<var:group> macro in a Java script linktext entry in

 

order to configure group-controlled redirection to

 

internal sites, see Table 77 on page 396.

linkurl onoff

Sets the display mode for the Enter URL field on the

 

portal Home tab. Display mode options are:

 

on — the Enter URL field is displayed

 

off — the Enter URL field is not displayed

 

The default is on.

 

 

linkcols <columns>

Sets the number of columns for the link table on the

 

portal Home tab.

 

columns is a positive integer

 

The default value is 2.

 

 

linkwidth <width>

Sets the width of the link table on the portal Home tab.

 

The link table is adjusted to the left on the white area of

 

the Home tab. The options for the table width are:

 

auto — the columns are distributed evenly across

 

the Home tab

 

<percent> — specifies the percentage of the

 

white area that will be used for the link table. The

 

range is 1–100%. The default value is 100% (the

 

entire white area will be used).

 

 

companynam

Specifies the company name to display on the portal

 

page. The default is Nortel.

 

 

colors

Accesses the Portal Colors menu, in order to

 

customize the color theme and individual colors used

 

on the portal page (see “Changing the portal colors

 

using the CLI” on page 408).
