Beep on Record?

When this field is Yes , the system plays a beep after reques ting a

caller to leave a message to tell the calle r when to begin speaking.

Disk full warning at mins left

Use this field to control when the s y ste m warns subscribers that disk

space on the voice mail system is getting low. When the message

storage available on the system is eq ual to o r less th an the numbe r

of minutes specified in this fie ld , subscribers are asked to d elete any

unnecessary messages when they call the system.

Set Subscriber Message Fields

Message-taking fields that affect the messa ge life cy cle (the t ime allo wed

for an outside caller messag e, whether or not outside ca llers can edit

messages, whether or not mes s ag es should be marked urgen t, or what to

do after taking a message) can be set for ind ividual subscribers.

To view all the message-taking fields for a subscriber, press -, then

press , and pre ss to open the Expanded Transfer Options
