After
Select an applicable action to be tak en after the interview is
completed. The possible actions are the same as for transaction
boxes, except that T (For Take-msg) is not allowed. The most
common actions after an interview are Say good-bye or Hangup.
The actions allowed are:
GGo to System ID
HHangup
OTransfer to operator
RRestart
SSay good-bye

Leave Message in an Interview Box
A caller routed to an interview box h ears the ques tions in the order t hey
are recorded. If the caller does no t finish answering a questio n in the
allotted reply time, the system continues with the next question.
Retrieve Message from Interview Box
All responses to the interview are stored as a single me s s ag e, with a beep
between each response. The subsc rib er who owns the interview box does
not hear the original questions when listen ing to the replies. If a c aller did
not answer one of the questions in th e sequence, the subscriber hear s two
consecutive beeps.
Only the owner of the interview box receives mess ages for the box.
Interview box messages are listed in the message stack after transaction
box messages, but before public mes s ag es.
