Use the Previous Report Option to View Other Files

You can use the Previous Report option to view a text file on a floppy disk or the system hard drive without shutting down the voice mail software.

1.At the Reports Menu, press to highlight Previous Report, and

press .

2.When the system prompts you for a filename, enter the full path and filename for the report or text file you want. The system displays the Output Menu. You can then display, copy or print the file.
