SECTION 8 DELETE A TRANSACTION BOX OR ITS MESSAGES You can delete any transaction box, or delete just the box messages.

Delete transaction box

1. Sign in to the system, and press - to display the Transaction

Directory.

2. Press (or use the Jump command) to display the

transaction box you want to delete.

3. Press . The Delete Menu appears, with Box highlighted.

4. Press to select Box.

5. Press to confirm.

Delete messages for a transaction box

1. Sign in to the system, and press - to display the Transaction

Directory.

2. Press (or use the Jump command) to display the

transaction box you want to delete.

3. Press . The Delete Menu appears, with Box highlighted.

4. Press to select Box.

5. Press to highlight All Messages. Press .

6. Press to confirm.

DIRECTORY You can sort the pages of the Transaction Direct ory either by transaction

box names, or by System ID.
