Arguments <NR3> is the high reference level, in volts. The default is 0.0 V.
Examples MEASUREMENT:REFLEVEL:ABSOLUTE:HIGH 1.71 sets the high reference level
to 1.71 V.
MEASUREMENT:REFLEVEL:ABSOLUTE:HIGH? might return
:MEASUREMENT:REFLEVEL:ABSOLUTE:HIGH 1.7100E+00 indicating that the
absolute high reference level is set to 1.71 V.
MEASUrement:REFLevel:ABSolute:LOW
Sets or returns the low reference level, and is the lower reference level when
MEASUrement:REFLevel:METHod is set to Absolute.
NOTE. this command affects the associated reference level parameter for all
MEASurements:IMMed and the four periodic measurements.
