2.Enter your archive user User Name and Password. These can be different than your TeleVantage user name and password—ask your system administrator for the user name and password to use.

Click OK.

3.If you are prompted to do so, navigate to the network location of the recording archive.

4.To log on as another archive user (for example, as a user with different access privileges), click File > Log On as a Different User, and then enter that archive user’s

User Name and Password.

Searching for recordings __________________________________

The Archived Recording Browser does not display any entries when you run it. To view recordings in the Browser window, you must first search for recordings that match criteria that you set.

To search for recordings, use either of the following methods:

QStart a new search. See page E-2.

QLoad a saved search. See page E-8.
