4.When you are done specifying your search criteria on either tab, do any of the following:

Q To execute the search, click Find Now.

Q To reuse the search criteria again at a later time, click Save As. In the Save Search As dialog box, Enter a name for your search and then click Save.

Q To reset the contents of the Search Archived Recordings dialog box to the default settings, click Reset.

Search criteria

The following table describes the search criteria that you can set up on either the Basic or Advanced tab in the Search Archived Recordings dialog box.

Tab	Field	Description
Basic	TeleVantage Server	If your system archives mailbox recordings from more than
		one TeleVantage Server, you can search all of the Servers, or
		select a specific Server from the drop-down list.
	Mailbox	You can search all users’ mailbox folders, or select a specific
		user from the drop-down list.

From Name or Number

To search for recordings related to calls from a specific user or number, select this checkbox, and then enter all or part of the user’s name (for example, “Janice” or “Jan”) or phone number (for example, “17815551212”, or “781”.) To search for calls from an external caller, enter “Unknown”.

To Name or Number To search for recordings related to calls placed to a specific user or number, select this checkbox, and then enter all or part of the user’s name or phone number.
