Running an Activation from the Activation Menu
Note Transaction Manager replaces the Prime Network Workflow and Action features in all new installations
of Prime Network 4.0. If you have upgraded to Prime Network 4.0, the Workflow and Activation features
are still available, but they will be deprecated in the future. We recommend that you use Transaction
Manager. Transaction Manager is described in the Cisco Prime Network 4.0 Customization Guide.
You can run activation wizards from the GU I client using the A cti v a tions main menu. Th ese are wiz ards
that have been created using the Activation Wizard Builder (AWB), which is described in the
Cisco Prime Network 4.0 Customization Guide. You can only run activations on devices that are within
your device scope.
OS Packages Table
Package Info Information on the individual package and its version, such as
disk0:hfr-admin-3.9.3.14
Package Description Description of the package, such as FPD (Field Programmable
Device) Package.
Composite Name Composite package name of the package with the date and time,
such as:

SDR Mac Addr Secure Domain Router (SDR) MAC address.
Boot Software Cisco IOS XR system image information.
SDR ID SDR identifier.
SDR Name SDR name.
