Configuring Dual VAS ID

Overlay 23 is modified to prompt for ISAP and VASID for Meridian Link even if the DN type is Meridian Mail ACD-DN. To configure an ACD-DN as Meridian Mail DN, type YES in response to prompts MWC, IMS, CMS, IMA and IVMS.
