41-15 : ACD Queue Alarm Information
Description
Use Program 41-15 : ACD Queue Alarm Information to assign the options for “Audible Indica-
tion” for Log Out / Off Duty mode for each ACD group.
These program settings will provide an alarm to the agents, but no Queue Status Display is indi-
cated. Do not use these programs if the alarm options are defined in Program 41-20-01 through
41-20-05.
