AIC Agent Log In
To log in:
Keyset
1. Press the ACD Log In/Log Out key (Program 15-07 or SC 852: *10).
OR
1. Press CALL key and dial the AIC Log In service code (Program 11-13-08).
2. If the agent log in code is used (as with inDepth/inDepth+), enter the agent log in code (the
number of digits to be entered is determined by Program 41-01-02). Otherwise, skip to Step 3.
3. Dial the Agent Identity Code (AIC) (up to 4 digits) dened in Program 41-18-01.
The ACD Log In/Log Out key lights.
To log out (for single or multiple agent log ins):
Keyset
All AIC log ins become invalid.
1. Press the ACD Log In/Log Out key (Program 15-07 or SC 852: *10).
2. Dial 1 to accept.
OR
1. Press CALL key and dial the AIC Log Out service code (Program 11-13-09).
The ACD Log In/Log Out key goes out.
DSL/SLT
All AIC log ins become invalid.
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the AIC Log Out service code (Program 11-13-09).
OR
1. To log out of an ACD group without using AIC: Lift the handset.
2. Dial the ACD Log Out service code 155 (Program 11-13-02).
