To cancel the manual Rest Mode/Off-Duty Mode:
Keyset
1. Press the ACD Rest Mode key (PGM 15-07 or SC 852: *13).
The ACD Rest Mode key light goes off.
Single Line Telephone
1. Lift the handset.
A fast busy is heard.
2. Dial 159.
3. Hang up.
