Example

This example shows how to set the severity level for SNMP to 4 so that error conditions will be logged for that application.

C3(rw)->set logging application SNMP level 4

clear logging application

Use this command to reset the logging severity level for one or all applications to the default value of 6 (notifications of significant conditions).

Syntax

clear logging application {mnemonic all}

Parameters

mnemonic

Resets the severity level for a specific application to 6. Valid mnemonic

 

values and their corresponding applications are listed in Table 14‐3 on

 

page 14‐8.

Resets the severity level for all applications to 6.

 

 

Defaults

None.

Mode

Switch command, read‐write.

Example
