define_tp
2.56.3 Error Return Codes
If the command cannot be executed, SNAplus2 returns a primary return code to indicate the type of error and a secondary return code to provide specific details about the reason for unsuccessful execution.

2.57 define_tp
The define_tp command provides information that SNAplus2 needs to start a TP as a result of an incoming Attach from a partner LU. This command can be used to define a TP for the first time or to modify one or more parameters on a previously defined TP.
