There are no common parameter check return codes. Parameter check return codes that are speciﬁc to a particular command are described in the individual command descriptions.

A.4 State Check

If the command does not execute because of a state check, SNAplus2 returns the following parameters:

FILE_UNAVAILABLE

The connection to the target conﬁguration ﬁle has been lost.

INVALID_VERSION

The SNAplus2 version number in the conﬁguration ﬁle header does not match the version number of the SNAplus2 software you are using. Check that you have the correct ﬁle; if the ﬁle was created using an earlier version of SNAplus2, refer to the HP-UX SNAplus2 Migration Guide for information about upgrading it.

NOT_AUTHORIZED

You do not have permission to issue this administration command because your login ID is not a member of the SNA administrators group sna. You can issue query_* or status_* commands to view information about SNAplus2 resources, but you cannot modify, start, or stop resources.
