Scheduling Reservations

Using the Reservation Calendar

To open the Reservation Calendar:

●In the RMX Management pane, click the Reservation Calendar button ().

Toolbar Buttons

The toolbar buttons functions are described in the table below.

Reservations – Toolbar Buttons

Button	Description

	Create a new reservation. The date and time of the new reservation is
New Reservation	set according to the highlighted blocks on the Reservation Calendar.

	Click to delete the selected reservation.
Delete Reservation

	Click to show the previous day or week, depending on whether Show
Back	Day or Show Week is the selected.
Back

	Click to show the next day or week, depending on whether Show Day
Next	or Show Week is the selected.
Next

	Click to show the current date in the Reservation Calendar in either
Today	Show Day or Show Week view.
