CDR Event Types

Event Code Event Name Description

1CONFERENCE START

The conference started.

Note: There is one CONFERENCE START event per conference. It is always the first event in the file, after the conference summary record. It contains conference details, but not participant details.

2	CONFERENCE	The conference ended.
	END	Note: There is one CONFERENCE END event per conference, and it is
		always the last event in the file.
3	ISDN/PSTN	An ISDN/PSTN channel connected.

	CONNECTED
4	ISDN/PSTN	An ISDN/PSTN channel disconnected.
	CHANNEL
	DISCONNECTED
5	ISDN/PSTN	An ISDN/PSTN participant connected to the conference.
	PARTICIPANT
	CONNECTED
7	PARTICIPANT	A participant disconnected from the conference.
	DISCONNECTED
10	DEFINED	Information about a defined participant, that is, a participant who was added to
	PARTICIPANT	the conference before the conference started.
		Note: There is one event for each participant defined before the conference
		started.
15	H323 CALL	Information about the IP address of the participant.
	SETUP
17	H323	An H.323 participant connected to the conference.
	PARTICIPANT
	CONNECTED
18	NEW	A new undefined participant joined the conference.
	UNDEFINED
	PARTICIPANT
20	BILLING CODE	A billing code was entered by a participant using DTMF codes.
21	SET	A user assigned a new name to a participant, or an end point sent its name.

22	DTMF CODE	An error occurred when a participant entered a DTMF code.
