The following may occur in the collaborative environment:

●Artifacts and ghosting may appear when Lync Clients and CTS endpoints connect to the VMR. Frequency: Seldom.

●Lync Client receives fast updates (Intra) from CTS 500 endpoints causing the screen to refresh repeatedly.

Frequency: Often.

●Audio volume and video quality decreases on CTS endpoints. Frequency: Seldom.
