26Click the DTMF Codes tab.

The New Conference IVR Service - DTMF Codes dialog box opens.

This dialog box lists the default DTMF codes for the various functions that can be performed during the conference by all participants or by the chairperson.

Participants and chairpersons can manage their connection to ongoing conferences from their endpoints, using DTMF codes from their endpoints. Chairpersons can also control an ongoing conference using DTMF codes.

To use the DTMF codes to control the conference, the DTMF input must be first enabled on the endpoint remote control.
