Gateway Calls

6Click the General tab.

The General dialog box lists messages that are played during the conference. These messages are played when participants or the conference chairperson perform various operations or when a change occurs.

7To assign the appropriate audio file to the message type, click the appropriate table entry, in the Message File column. A drop-down list is enabled.

For gateway redial, ensure that the audio files for the gateway redial messages have been assigned.

8From the list, select the audio file to be assigned to the event/indication.

9Repeat steps 7 and 8 to select the audio files for the required messages.

10For a gateway IVR Service, select the audio file for the following message types:

Message Type

Enter Destination ID

Prompts the calling participant for the destination number. Default message

 

prompts the participant for the conference ID (same message as in the Entry

 

Queue IVR Service).

 

 

Incorrect Destination

If the participant entered an incorrect conference ID (in gateway calls it is the

ID

destination number), requests the participant to enter the number again.

 

 

Dial Tone

The tone that will be played to indicate a dialing tone, to let the calling participant

 

enter the destination number.
