Collaboration Server Hardware Monitoring

4Click the Active Alarms tab to view alarms related to the Collaboration Server, i.e. temperatures and main power sensors.

The Active Alarms dialog box displays fields that relate to faults and errors detected on the Collaboration Server by sensors. The Active Alarms dialog box is divided into two sections: Hardware Alarm List and Software Alarm List.

Each section’s alarm list can be saved as a *.xls file by clicking the Save Hardware Alarm List and Save Software Alarm List buttons respectively. Each alarm list color codes the severity of the alarm; Critical (RED), Major (ORANGE) and Normal (GREEN).

For RMX 1500/2000/4000 systems, if you are connected to the Hardware Monitoring via the Shelf Management server, the Software Alarm List section will not be displayed.
