	Action	You Hear...
Step 9	Choose an option:
	[ 1 ] to use the regular Night Greeting	Confirmation of Closed for Today, then
	for the Automated Attendant.	the Automated Attendant Schedule
	Note: If the Touch-Tone Gate is Off	Administration Menu.
	and Night Greeting is chosen, no	Procedure is complete.
	greeting plays before the Main Menu.
	[ 2 ] to select a Temporary Closure	Temporary Closure Greeting Menu.
	Greeting.
Step 10	Choose an option:
	Press [ 1 ] to record a Temporary	Prompt to record at the tone.
	Closure greeting.	Go to Step 11.
	Press [ 0 ] to listen to the current	Current greeting. Repeat Step 10.
	greeting.
	Press [ 2 ] to use the default Temporary	Confirmation that the default greeting
	Closure greeting.	will be used and that the business will
		be closed for today. Procedure is
		complete.

Press [ ★ ] [ # ] to quit.

Confirmation that the current Temporary Closure greeting will be used and that the business will be closed for today, then the Schedule Administration Menu. Procedure is complete.

Step 11	Record the greeting (up to 2 minutes),	Greeting Approval Menu.
	then press [ 1 ].
	Note: In bilingual mode, your greeting
	must include information in both the
	primary and secondary languages.

Step 12 Choose an option:

[ 2 ] [ 3 ] to play back the new greeting.

[ 2 ] [ 1 ] to re-record the new greeting.

[ ★ ] [ D ] ([ ★ ] [ 3 ]) to delete the new greeting and use the previous Temporary Closure greeting.

[ ★ ] [ # ] to approve the greeting.

New greeting, then Greeting Approval Menu. Repeat Step 12.

A tone to record the greeting.

Return to Step 11.

“Deleted,” then the Temporary Closure Greeting Menu. Procedure is complete.

“Approved. The new greeting will be used. The business will be closed for today.” Procedure is complete.
